Return Policy

UnveilinGLORY is committed to quality and customer satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price.  The following requirements must be followed for returning merchandise:

• All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt.
• Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were in when they were received. Damaged, broken, or altered items will not be accepted for a refund.
• All returns must have a return authorization code (RA#) from UnveilinGLORY before being sent back to us. Any package without an RA# will not be accepted.  Please email us at gloryseminars@gmail.com or call us at (804) 781-0386 to get an RA#.
• Once the RA# has been received, the product(s) should be returned to the address listed below. Please be sure to add the RA# to the return packaging label.

• Refunds for returns will be given in the same form as the original payment type.
• Your original shipping costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for any costs to return merchandise.
• UnveilinGLORY is not responsible for lost or damaged returns that you send. For tracking purposes, if you are returning your order via USPS, you may want to purchase and include Delivery Confirmation, Signature Confirmation, and/or Return Receipt Requested for each package returned.  If a package you send is not delivered to us for any reason, we will not be able to refund your order.
• Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at our office.
